Quick Ship
Quick Ship items usually ship within 72 hours of order placement. Please note if your shipping and billing addresses are different, orders will need to be verified and will take additional time to process. Quick ships are not available if you are purchasing with a check. Please see product description for more accurate ship times.
Standard Shipping
Most items are shipped standard ground service via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Standard Ground Service takes approximately 5-7 business days from the time it leaves the warehouse to the time it is delivered to your door. Please note that free shipping promotions apply only to “standard shipping charges”.
International Shipping
International Shipping rates refer to shipping to outside the United States, Alaska. Hawaii. Our online shipping costs currently reflect the cost for shipping in the lower 48 states.
Please email us or call us regarding rates to international destinations. All international orders are shipped USPS Air Parcel. We do require shipping insurance on all purchases. You may incur additional processing fees, taxes, duties, etc. Also, please note that the customer is responsible for all fees associated with an export of the product.
Insurance
We highly recommend for all of our customers to insure their merchandise. Shipping insurance provided by shipping carriers ensures full protection against damage, loss, etc. It is important to have your merchandise insured for its full value. Shipping insurance is optional as offered by a 3rd party carrier but is up most recommended. Decorating Noodle is not liable for damage or lost items by carrier if proper insurance is not purchased.
